To obtain an ISE card a student must be full time student, and a minimum age of 12 years of age. Here full time means a student of a Secondary School, College, University, or TAFE college who is studying at the Institute for a minimum of 12 weeks and have at least 12 hours contact time per week to be considered as a full time student. The is no upper age limit for ISE student card, and the youth card holder must be under 26 years of age. All Institutions which are providing education are eligible to sell the ISE card.
